The controller of your personal data is ETASK Company sp. z o.o., ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 36/5, 26-600 Radom, Poland. You can contact the controller using the “Email us” link on the home page.
2. What data we collect
The etask.company website is informational in nature. We do not collect any personal data automatically. The site does not use its own cookies, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) or contact forms.
3. Cookies
The site does not set cookies and does not use third-party services. Fonts, styles and images are loaded only from the site’s own server, without any external providers (such as Google Fonts or content delivery networks). We do not use analytics or advertising tools.
4. Contacting us by email
If you send us an email, we process your email address and the content of your message solely in order to reply. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry).
5. Server logs
The server that hosts the site may automatically record visitors’ IP addresses in its logs. This data serves technical purposes only (diagnostics and security) and is not used to identify users. Logs are deleted automatically.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data
- have your data rectified
- have your data erased
- restrict processing
- transfer your data (data portability)
- object to processing
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), the Polish supervisory authority
7. Data recipients
We do not share personal data with third parties, other than our hosting provider (OVH SAS, France), which processes data under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.
8. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. The current version is always available at etask.company/en/privacy.html, and the binding Polish version at etask.company/privacy.html.
