Systems we have built and continue to develop. They are used by businesses, installers and drivers. All of them work in English and Polish, and we can provide any other language a client needs.
Every installation is documented on the installer’s phone: photos, videos, vehicle details and the customer’s signature. Right after the job, the customer receives PDF documents and a link to their portal, while the office and partners see the report in their own panel.
We use it at carIMMO and for GPS installations. Our partners use it too.
A calendar for fittings and measuring visits, made for companies that sell and fit flooring, doors or interior finishes. The office sees every team’s free slots, the warehouse prepares the goods, and each morning the fitter has the day’s schedule on their phone.
At the end of the month, the summary of hours is ready for payroll. Employees clock in with a card on an Anviz time clock, and the system calculates hours according to your company’s rules. We added what the standard time clock software lacks, to suit how companies actually work.
For drivers carrying medicines and other temperature-controlled loads. The driver is alerted to a problem before the load spoils, and after the trip the customer receives a PDF report showing the temperature throughout.
Inspections of vehicles, machinery or sites end in a complete report, including photos. A checklist guides the inspector point by point, and the report goes to the portal and is emailed as a PDF.
Systems designed around a particular process, machine or industry.
For the UBI sector we built a device that reads vehicle parameters remotely, including events stored in the control units after an accident. The assessor sends the data remotely to the company that commissioned the inspection.
Tower cranes, mobile cranes, trailers and specialist machinery. We choose the device and sensors for each machine, and location and operating hours feed into the company’s systems.
Temperature, door opening, smoke, fuel level, operator identification and tyre pressure (TPMS). Examples include a certified TAPA TSR system for trailers and fuel level sensors in diesel locomotives.
Working time calculated according to the company’s own rules: overtime, leave, missed clock-ins and the spring and autumn clock changes, with no manual corrections. A payroll-ready summary.
Bespoke platforms for field teams, from the job and the measuring visit to the booking calendar, goods from the warehouse and the team’s daily schedule on their phones.
We pull fuel card transactions from fuel station APIs and compare them with fuel data from the vehicle’s CAN bus. A refuel with no matching card transaction, or a difference in litres, shows up in the report straight away.

A transport company spots gaps in tachograph downloads and drivers’ hours infringements before an inspector does. The portal automatically checks every DDD file, from both the vehicle unit and the driver card.
Fleet managers see speeding on average speed check sections the same day and can talk to the driver before the fine arrives. The system calculates average speed from GPS data over the sections listed by the Polish Road Transport Inspectorate (GITD).
An old CRM, or any other system, holds only addresses, but GPS systems and other software need coordinates. The tool works them out from the addresses alone, cleans up the data with our own algorithms along the way, and returns a file ready to import into another system.
Installation and field service are handled by our installation partner ETASK (etask.com.pl). We work as one team: ETASK Company designs the system and supplies the software, and ETASK crews install and service the devices across Poland.

A real-world example: carIMMO, a brand that runs every installation through our ETASK Protocols system.
CAN immobilisers for petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric cars. Depending on the model, they stop the engine from starting or the car from driving away. The owner disarms the car with a Bluetooth fob, a PIN entered on the car’s factory buttons, or the app.
